Booking and Payment:
A deposit is required to confirm your safari reservation, with the balance due before the commencement of your safari.
Payment methods accepted include bank transfers, credit cards, and other specified payment options.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made by the client are subject to cancellation fees based on the notice period provided.
Fahari Safaris reserves the right to cancel or alter a safari due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or suitable alternative will be offered.

Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen incidents.

Health and Safety:
Clients must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by Fahari Safaris and local authorities during the safari.
Vaccinations and health precautions may be necessary; clients are responsible for their own health requirements.

Responsibility and Liability:
Fahari Safaris is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to clients or their belongings during the safari.
Clients participate in safaris at their own risk and are responsible for their actions and decisions.

Itinerary Changes:
Fahari Safaris may modify the safari itinerary due to factors beyond its control, such as weather, wildlife movements, or road conditions, while striving to deliver a comparable experience.

Wildlife Viewing:
While we strive to provide exceptional wildlife viewing experiences, sightings are subject to the unpredictability of nature, and no specific animal sightings are guaranteed.

Travel Documents:
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for their safari.
Code of Conduct:
Clients are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that respects local cultures, wildlife, and the environment during the safari.

Photography and Media:
Fahari Safaris reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken during the safari for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.

Complaints:
Any complaints or issues during the safari should be promptly reported to the safari guide or Fahari Safaris office to allow for resolution.

Force Majeure:
Fahari Safaris is not liable for delays or alterations caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure circumstances.

By booking a safari with Fahari Safaris, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. It is recommended that you carefully review and understand these terms before confirming your reservation.
